Design and Conquer provides the following services throughout Greater Adelaide:

• Custom kitchen design and renovation
• Laundry design and construction
• Bathroom vanity design and installation
• Pantry and fixed shelving solutions
• Entertainment unit construction
• Outdoor kitchen design and build

3. Quotation Process

All quotes provided are estimates based on information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and specific requirements discovered during the consultation process.

• Initial quotes are valid for 30 days
• Site inspections may be required for accurate pricing
• All quotes include GST where applicable
• Quotes do not constitute a binding contract until accepted in writing

4. Project Terms

4.1 Design Phase

• Design consultations include 3D renders and material specifications
• Design revisions beyond 3 iterations may incur additional fees
• Final designs must be approved in writing before construction begins

4.2 Construction Phase

• All work performed by licensed tradespeople
• Materials sourced from premium Australian suppliers
• Project timelines provided upon contract signing
• Site access required during standard business hours

5. Payment Terms

• Deposit: 20% upon contract signing
• Progress Payments: As outlined in individual contracts
• Final Payment: Upon project completion and client approval
• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, cash, or cheque
• Late Payments: May incur interest charges and delay project completion

6. Warranties

Design and Conquer provides comprehensive warranties on all work:

• Structural Work: 7 years as per Building Code
• Cabinetry: 2 years on workmanship
• Hardware: Manufacturer warranty applies
• Appliances: Manufacturer warranty applies

Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from external factors.

7. Variations and Changes

Changes to the original scope of work must be approved in writing and may result in additional costs and extended timelines. We will provide written variation quotes before proceeding with any changes.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about existing conditions
• Obtain necessary approvals from body corporate (if applicable)
• Ensure site access during agreed timeframes
• Remove personal items from work areas
• Arrange temporary alternative facilities during renovation

9. Force Majeure

Design and Conquer is not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: extreme weather, material shortages, strikes, or government restrictions.

10. Insurance and Liability

• Design and Conquer maintains comprehensive public liability insurance
• All tradespeople are licensed and insured
• Clients should notify their insurance provider of renovation work
• We are not responsible for damage to existing structures not included in the scope of work

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:

1. Direct negotiation between parties
2. Mediation through a recognized mediation service
3. Arbitration under South Australian law

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in South Australian courts.
